• Scoliosis and spinal deformities
• Clubfoot and related deformities
• Osteogenesis imperfect
• Spina bifida/myelodysplasia
• Neuromuscular disorders
• Hand problems
• Hip disorders
• Orthopedic problems resulting from cerebral palsy
• Missing limbs/limb deficiencies
• Leg-length discrepancies
• Metabolic bone disease
• Skeletal growth abnormalities
• Spinal Cord Injuries
• Burn Injuries
• Transportation services to and from the Shrine hospitals is also available, at no charge.

ELIGIBILITY: Age 18 and under.

SERVICE AREA: The Southwest Oklahoma.

COMMENTS: Individual will have to show documentation of a copy of birth
certificate, copy of record immunization and a copy of divorce paper if applicable.

evaluations and medication management for ages 6 to adult.

ELIGIBILITY: Determined through assessment by a provider licensed to make a DSM IV diagnosis.

HOURS/DAYS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
After hours appointments also available.

SERVICES PROVIDED: The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality. We accomplish our mission by funding programs of advocacy, community services research and education.

The March of Dimes also accomplishes its mission in partnership with American
businesses. Locally and in the seven county areas serviced by this division office, the March of Dimes provides a video library and educational materials for individuals, groups, schools and other health care agencies at low or no cost. Professional
education materials are also available to medical professionals. Staff and volunteers
present educational programs related to birth defects prevention, teen pregnancy
prevention and prenatal care. Funds raised through events help support projects in the communities through a grant application process. The March of Dimes also functions as a source of information and referral for families who have special needs children.

ELIGIBILITY: No Eligibility requirement for any educational services or information.
